Vacation Planner 2025 for 20 Employees [Excel Template & PDF]

For 2025 I present a vacation planner for companies with up to 20 employees.

Just open the Excel file and fill it out.

Public holidays and weekends are already marked in orange and gray.

The easiest way is to put a cross (x-key) in the corresponding fields. If you like it colorful, you can also use colored symbols or color the whole cell accordingly.

For non excel users, I prepared a PDF. Just print it out and fill it by hand :).
