Vacation Planner 2025 for 60 Employees [Excel Template]

For 2025 I present a vacation planner for companies with up to 60 employees.

Just open the Excel-file and fill it out.

Public holidays and weekends are already marked in orange and gray.

The easiest way is to put a cross (x-key) in the corresponding fields. If you like it colorful, you can also use colored symbols or color the whole cell accordingly.

You can scroll through the Excel file from left to right to see all months from 2025.

The columns with your employees and the row with the months is fixed, so you will always see them for a better overview.
